These terms govern your use of Terrace Trader (the "Service"), available at terracetrader.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use sports trading and betting services in your jurisdiction.

2. What the Service is

Terrace Trader provides statistical football analysis for research and entertainment. It is not betting, tipping, or financial advice, takes no bets, holds no funds, and guarantees no outcome (see our Disclaimer).

3. Free trial & subscriptions

• We offer a 3-day free trial with limited access and no card required.
• Paid subscriptions (currently £14.99 / month) renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• 14-day money-back guarantee — not for you? Full refund, no questions asked.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including scraping, reselling or redistributing our analysis, attempting to disrupt the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its content and its analysis are owned by Terrace Trader. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own research.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terrace Trader is not liable for any losses (including betting or trading losses) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.

7. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
